After 22 years of service in the Army, he bid farewell to arms. Dr Abdul Kalam who was the mentor of Col Manjeet in the top secret rocket missiles division of IGMDP, got him posted to Gujarat, where during the time of a took a plunge into entrepreneurship.
Scaled Bilochpura Agro to new heights with focus on sustainability and earth preservation. Lead the operations into a multi-state cultivation.

Along the way, founded Estrela Hotels & Resorts, which is an owner, developer & operator of hospitality assets.
Partner at Atelier M at Pier7, Dubai Marina, 22000 sq. feet of F&B offerings: A Fine Dining Restaurant, a Lounge & a Rooftop with marvellous views of the Marina spread across the top 3 floors of Pier 7.
Director of Group of Lancers Schools & is currently spearheading a transformation of the pedagogy of the schools to involve creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship at the heart of all initiatives & learning as well as creating an international exposure impacting approx. 2500 students. Simultaneously creating an additional capacity to admit & teach 6000 students.

Ridhima comes from a family business background of Real Estate development in Mumbai, wherein she created a remarkable Sales and Marketing culture over a span of 5 years in large scale Residential & Commercial Projects.
She handles Operations and New Development in the Hospitality vertical of Estrela.
She intends to launch her Bespoke design firm for hospitality and vila projects.

With an MBA from the prestigious Babson College of Entrepreneurship and Executive education from Oxford University’s Said Business School, Nazm Singh is a Forensic-Certified Chartered Accountant in India with a unique background in Computer Applications.
She is on the board of Sartaj Hotels, Apartments & Vilas Pvt. Ltd. with a base in Delhi, Uttarakhand and New Jersey and also serves as the Internal Auditor and Advisor for Group of Lancers Army Schools in Gujarat.
On the social front, Nazm is a committee member of the women entrepreneurship wing of PHD Chamber of Commerce, New Delhi, a committee member of the Punjabi Chamber of Commerce, New Jersey, an incoming member of the Rotary Club of Delhi Central Next and a founding member of the Viklang Vikas Trust.
